The Group Therapy feature is useful for the behavioral health practices where therapists can arrange a session for multiple patients at the same time. For example, if your practice wants to conduct a weekly session for the patients suffering from depression, you can book an appointment for all such patients from the Scheduler screen. To book an appointment for the Group Therapy session, you must first configure the Group Appointment functionality from Scheduler Setup.
