Based on the patient’s illness, you may want to recommend certain medical tests to be performed, to confirm that the patient is free from disease or to fully diagnose a disease. Such tests can be added manually or electronically from this section. The tests are categorized into Lab, Radiology, and Special Studies. The results for these tests can also be added manually or downloaded electronically.
