Immunization is a procedure that protects body against an infectious disease. The Immunizations feature in InSync is classified as follows:

 

Pediatric: To record immunizations for pediatric patients. Once the patient reaches to adulthood, the immunizations can be recorded in the Adult tab.

 

Adult: To record immunizations for adults.

 

Notes:

•For the pediatric patients, you can record the immunization details under the Pediatric tab, and for the adult patients, you can record the immunization details under the Adult tab.
•Immunizations can also be recorded from Facesheet when an encounter is not in session.
•For details on configuration, refer to Immunization under Administration.
