The Patient Batch Eligibility feature allows user to transmit the batch of patients for insurance eligibility verification.
To perform Patient Batch Eligibility:
1. | Click the icon. |
2. | Select the visit date from and to from the calendar icon. |
3. | Enter the first 2 letters of the patient and select the patient name from the list, if you wish. |
4. | Select the provider you want to search from the Provider drop-down menu. |
5. | Select the facility you want to search from the Facility drop-down menu. |
6. | Select the payer you want to search from the Payer drop-down menu. |
7. | Select the visit status you want to search from the Visit Status drop-down menu. |
8. | Select the eligibility status you want to search from the Eligibility Status drop-down menu. |
9. | Select the Transmit to Vendor/Provider from the drop-down menu. |
10. | To add more patients to the batch without scheduling appointment, click Add More Patient. |
12. | In the Eligibility Service Type field, select the service type for which you want to check patient's insurance eligibility using the drop-down list. |
13. | Select the patient(s) from the list. |
14. | Click the Transmit Batch button. |
