Once the appointments are booked, you can perform multiple actions as per the patient’s visit status.
To work with appointments from Master View:
| 1. | On the Master view of scheduler, click the icon. |
| 2. | To view patient's phone, mobile, and work number, hover the mouse over patient name. |
| 3. | Select from the following menu options, Change Status (check-in, check-out, and so forth); Change Eligibility Service Type; Reschedule Appointment; Delete Appointment; or Move Appointment. |
| 4. | Once the patient has been checked-in; |
| • | To add insurance details, click . |
| • | To add copay, click . |
| • | To collect Copay, click . |
| • | To start an encounter, click . This icon changes as per the current status of the encounter. |
| • | To verify patient’s insurance eligibility, click . |
| • | To generate charge, click . |
| • | To generate superbill, click the icon and then select Superbill. |
| • | To change the patient's eligibility service type, click and the click the icon. |
