If the user enters incorrect information by mistake while recording the dose details, the system allows the user to rectify the mistake by voiding that dose. This feature is also supported for history and refused doses. The voided dose will be canceled out and will not appear on the Immunization Chart; however, it will be displayed on the Immunization Report and Encounter note along with the specified reason.
