Scanning Cards Using Camera

You can also scan driving license and insurance card using inbuilt camera of smart phones and tablets. Using this feature, the pre-designated card scanning device is no longer required to scan the cards.
To scan cards using camera:
| 1. | On the Patient Information screen, click the Camera icon  to capture images of driving license and insurance card. |
| 2. | On the Capture Images screen, do the following: |
| • | Turn on the camera by clicking the radio button. |
| • | Put the front front side of driving license or insurance card under the camera. Once you get the clear image, click the Capture Front Image button to capture the front image. |
| • | Put the back side of driving license or insurance card under the camera. Once you get the clear image, click the Capture Back Image button to capture the back image. |
| 3. | Once you have completed the scanning of both the sides of card, click the Process button. |
You can also upload images of driving license or insurance card from the local folder. To select the images from the local folder, click the browse link present under the Front Image and Back Image section.
