The Payer Category screen allows users to configure payer categories to club the insurance plans. Click the “Administration” tab located on the left side of the screen and select “Payer Category” option under PM section. This will open the Payer Category screen.

To add a new Payer Category:

1.Type in category name in the Payer Category field.
2.Click Add to add that category to the grid.
3.Click the edit icon Edit next to the payer for which you want to edit the details.
4.Click the inactivate icon Deactivate next to the payer to inactivate that payer category.
