If you do not wish to utilize a global Fee Schedule, InSync users can set up a payer-specific Fee Schedule for individual insurance companies. To manage a payer-specific fee schedule, click the “Administration” tab and select “Insurance Management.”
Active insurances will display below; click on the “Manage Insurance” link next to the payer listing to open the Insurance Details screen for that payer.
Scroll down to the Procedure Fees Schedule section; here, users can add/edit individual Fee Schedules or upload an Excel file with multiple Fee Schedules the same way you would for the global Fee Schedule. For additional information, please see Adding Individual Fee Schedules.
Note: If the practice does not have a payer-specific Fee Schedule for the payer you are submitting to, InSync will automatically default to using the global Fee Schedule.
