The Patient List Based on Drug report is generated with the list of drugs prescribed for all patients for a particular date range. This report is useful if you want to view the list of patients who are prescribed with a particular drug.
| 1. | From the left menu items, click Reports > Utilization Reports > Patient List Based on Drug. The Patient List Based on Drug Report screen is displayed. |
| 2. | On the Patient List Based on Drug Report screen, the following are the report filters available, based on which the report is generated: |
| • | Enter or select the From Date and To Date using the calendar icon. This field is mandatory. |
| • | Select the Facility and Provider from the drop-down list. |
| 3. | Click Generate Report. The Patient List Based on Drug report is generated based on the report filters selected. |
Notes:
| • | On the Patient List Based on Drug report, click the Drug Name link to view the drug details in a separate tab. |
| • | You can also click Generate Report by just selecting the date. The report is generated with drug details prescribed for all patients. |
