You can search the desired patient that is already added to the system. To perform a patient search, click the “Patient Search” icon located at the top of the screen. It navigates to the patient look-up screen. This screen can also be accessed by clicking the “Patients” tab from the InSync menu bar located on the left side of your screen, and selecting “Search.”

From the top, select the Show Latest 20 Patients check box. Patients newly added to the system appear at the top of the list, while older patients will appear towards the bottom. Click “Next” to view the list of next 20 patients. By default, only active patients are displayed on the right side.

InSync users have an option of performing either Smart Search or Discrete Search by clicking in the corresponding radio option.
