Mapping Illness Code(s) With All Items of Treatment Plan

The user can map all the illness codes recorded in the Diagnosis section with all the selected treatment plan items at once by clicking the Map Illness Code button, which is available on the landing page of Treatment Plan.

To map all the illness codes recorded in the Diagnosis section with all the treatment plan items at once:

1.On the Treatment Plan screen, select the check box prior to the Map Illness Code button.
2.Click the Map Illness Code button.
