The Immunization Registry Report is useful if you wish to view a list of patients for whom the immunization is sent to the registry. It is also useful to resubmit the immunization records to the registry in case registry has rejected the record.

You can generate the Immunization Registry Report in either summarized or detailed form. Summarized report displays only the number of immunization records sent, processed successfully, not processed, and rejected. Detailed report shows the patient-wise immunization details including reason for failure in case when they are failed from registry.

This section is accessible only when it is configured for the practice. Please contact the INSYNC EMR support for configuration.
