The history of present illness (HPI) that you add for the chief complaint is configured in this section. Also, the Providers can configure the chief complaints with a customized HPI list for quick and easy reference. Such HPIs are identified with yellow star icon with more significant questions and answers configured in it. While entering chief complaints in the Charting section, the chief complaints having customized HPIs will appear all together in the list. This helps the user to pick the appropriate chief complaint from the list quickly.
