How To Quick Register Patient

InSync facilitates Patient Registration on the spot. You just need to enter basic patient details and quick register the patient. This facility helps practices minimize the time for patient registration. This facility can be well utilized on emergency basis.
Benefits of Quick Registering Patient
| • | Practice can approve the details to integrate them into the InSync application or decline and request to re-enter the information in InSync. |
| • | Patient can add demographics and insurance details on their own through InTouch Patient Portal, hence minimizing the time for patient registration. |
Quick Registering Patient
1. From the left menu items, select Patients > Quick Patient Registration.
2. Fill in the following (*required) details like Patient's First Name, Last Name, DOB and E-mail.
3. Enter patient’s reason for visit, if required. Once patient portal request is approved, reason for visit is added as general note for the patient.
4. Select Include Patient Forms check box to send patient forms to the newly registered patient.
5. Select patient forms and provider group from the drop down.
5. Click Save. An automated message regarding the further registration process is then sent to the patient’s e-mail.
