Introduction
InSync facilitates accessing patient portal for better communication between patient and physician with inTouch patient portal.
Patients can access multiple services by accessing their portal.
Assigning Patient Portal Access
| 1. | From the left menu items, click Patient Search. |
| 2. | Click the icon prior to the patient whom you want to give inTouch portal access. |
| 3. | Locate the Patient Portal Access section at the end of the screen and select the Allowed Login? check box. |
| a. | System gives a pop-up notification if email address is not recorded in patient Contact Details. Enter patient email address. It is mandatory if patient wants the inTouch portal access. |
| b. | If patient email address is recorded previously, then system populates the same email as the user name of the patient. You can also edit auto-populated user name. |
| 4. | Select the Allowed Login for Patient's Representative? Checkbox if you want to allow patient representative to access patient portal. |

System displays pop-up notification that provides web link to access inTouch patient portal along with patient’s username, temporary password, and steps to login and reset the password. You can also print this information if required.
