Once the appointment is booked, you can edit the appointment details clicking the Patient Appointment slot on the patient appointment listing. This redirects you to the “Book Appointment” screen.
To edit the appointment:
| 1. | From the top menu bar, click Scheduler. |
| 2. | To edit the appointment details, click on Patient Appointment slot. |
| 3. | Change the Visit Status (if necessary) from the drop-down list. |
| 4. | Change the Visit Type (if necessary) from the drop-down list. |
| 5. | Change the Patient Location (if necessary) from the drop-down list. |
| 6. | Change the authorization number (if necessary) using the magnifier icon. You can also configure the authorization number, if the authorization is not configured. |
| 7. | Enter comments, if any. |
| 8. | Click the Edit Appointment button to save the changes. |
You can update comments entered when booking an appointment even after patient has checked-in, checked-out, or appointment is cancelled.
