Appointments can be deleted as per the practice requirements.
| 1. | To delete an appointment from the Scheduler, click on the Patient name on the Appointment listing various options will pop-up, select the "Delete Appointment" option. |
| 2. | Click “Delete” to confirm deletion of the appointment. The appointment is now removed from Scheduler. |
Note: If an appointment reminder is already sent to the patient, the user will then see the following note “Appointment Reminder has already been sent for the selected visit. The patient will receive a Phone Appointment Reminder regardless. Please inform the patient to disregard the phone reminder accordingly” before deleting it. Click “OK” to proceed with deletion.
