Patient payments can be collected by clicking the icon next to the patient entry in the Scheduler; this option will be available to the user once the patient has checked in. Click the “Collect/Post patient payment” tab to collect patient payment. For additional functionality, please see Posting a Patient Payment.
Note: The above step is useful only when you have a patient entry on the scheduler; otherwise, you need to go to billing >> payment receipt to create a manual receipt for a patient payment.
