In InSync, the complete record of patient's each visit to the provider is maintained in Charting tab. The Charting tab comprises different charting elements such as chief complaints, history of present illnesses (HPI), problem list, vitals, history (social, medical, family, and surgical), medications and allergies, review of systems, physical exam, diagnosis, orders, results, treatment plan, immunizations, health maintenance, and review of results.

On the left side of the InSync Home screen, click the Charting tab.
